Nobility of Versmark

Nobility in the Sovereign State of Versmark is outlined in the constitution, which gives 7 landed titles and 5 unlanded titles.

All members of nobility are members of the House of Lords, the lower chamber of Versmark's Parliament.

Royal Titles

The Sovereign of Versmark is the primary holder of a royal title in Versmark. The other royal title is Prince. Under Sovereign Wald , prince is reserved for the primary heir of Versmark.

The title of Sovereign is the highest ranking noble title, with the Sovereign being elected and also being able to create and revoke ennoblements.

Landed titles are paired with an honorary province, which does not have a population or a physical representation.

Lower Unlanded Titles include Knight, Peer, and Freeman. These are the lowest noble titles in Versmark. Knights are anyone who has received a honor or was granted knighthood by the Sovereign. Peers are anyone who has been granted the privilege to be a member of the house of lords. Freemen are members of a national livery orginization.
