The Ministry of State for the Environment (Portuguese: Ministério de Estado para o Meio Ambiente) is a ministerial department of Ebenthal responsible for the country's environmental policy. It is led by the Minister of the Environment who is appointed by the Archchancellor. It is Ebenthal's youngest ministry, created with the aim of taking a clear stand on dramatic environmental issues.
