The Arstotzkan Conservation Department is the public service department of the Arstotzkan Union charged with the conservation of the Arstotzkan Union's natural and historical heritage. The department is headed by the Minister of Conservation and main duties of the department is to monitor and protect conservation matters and biodiversity matters on the Yuzhnaya Zemlya Territory.
