The 1st 2020 elections of EMU presidency started on the 15th of March. As the first democratic elections they were met with a high number of voters.

Results

The Results came on 23 March at 21:45, the 1st elected president was Tobias Gallagher with 46% of the votes. It was met with high respect in micronational community. All other candidates congratulated President Gallagher with his win. He was inaugurated on 24 March at 12:00 EEST. Acting President Brown congratulated him as first democratically elected President of EMU.

Results were certified by acting President and the vote in Council of EMU. All members of the Council of EMU were for the certification of the votes.

Tobias Gallagher served only 4 months from 6 month term, Vice-president began impeachment process as regulated in Constitution after being pressured from the Council of EMU.
